The Cimarron Ranch features extra wide border tooling with a hand carved Leaf design on a Bullhide covered A-Fork tree. The ‘Old West’ motif is enhanced with a tooled leather ‘Powder River’ plate rigging, Rawhide cantle binder, wide ‘Pie horn’ with Muleskin wrap, exposed hand tooled stirrup leathers and long Latigo strings. The run is completed when the steer is secured and the team ropers’ horses are facing each other on opposite sides of the steer. If you would like to get involved with team roping, ask around the local stables. They can direct you to a team roping instructor near you.
