CANCELLATIONS


In the event of cancellation of an order by purchaser, the customer will be responsible for costs incurred (Shipping Cost). Cancellation of an order will be charged a 20% cancellation fee.

Returns:


*All Chaps and Movie Star Cowboy Hats are custom made for each person and are charged a 30% return fee. These are custom orders based on each individual.Please make sure you take the right measurement. If you need help, please call us at 1-406-539-9946

Returned Saddles will be charged a 30% restocking fee.

Each return MUST have a RMA number, the "Return Merchandise Authorization" number. Please write down the RMA number outside of the box when you return your merchandise. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. If a return or exchange is made outside of the requirements, the Company (westernsaddle.com) will determine the amount of refund if any. Items returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization will be charged 30%.


Please allow 7 business days to process your return.Returns will be charged a 20%fee on all products other than Saddles and Chaps!
Customer is liable for return shipping of all products. Plus Insurance fees associated with shipping cost.


Exchanges


There are no charges to return a saddle for an exchange.Except customer will be recharged $30.00 for shipping.


Each exchange must have a Return Authorization Number issued by us. Once the item has been received at the warehouse the exchange item will be sent out. Do Not send items to the address on the box without a RA#. Special instructions for returning the package will be emailed to you with the RA#.

Tracking Information


All tracking numbers will be emailed when the item(s) ship from the warehouse. Some of our items may take up to 8 weeks for shipment.

REFUNDS


Item must be recieved within 30 days from time customer recieves product. Item must be in same condition as when sent from Western Saddle less 20% restocking fee and 30% on Chaps and Saddles.


Custom Made products are not returnable
